| 摘 要： | 对城市居住空间分异现象进行了分析,认为混合居住是解决社会空间分异的重要途径;提出了分类混合居住的两种模式,一种是中间阶层和低收入阶层的混合居住,另一种是中间阶层和高收入阶层的混合居住;并从物业税、公共投资和社会住房保障三方面提出了居住空间资源的公共政策建议。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the urban residential segregation, this paper argues that housing mix is an important approach to reduce social segregation. It provides two housing mix patterns, one is the mix of the middle and lower-income class, the other is the mix of the middle and higher-income class. And then it makes policy suggestions in the aspects of prop- erty tax, public investments and social housing security. |
