摘    要:通过对渣油磺酸盐在晋45断块高温油田溶解性、界面张力、稳定性、吸附量及驱油效率的测定,研究渣油磺酸盐在高温油田的驱油性能。结果表明,该表面活性剂在晋45断块油藏条件下,具有较好的溶解性,与该断块脱水原油的界面张力可以达到10-3mN/m数量级;注入浓度0.3%时,在晋45断块岩心上的吸附量小于2 mg/g油砂;0.2%表面活性剂自发吸吮采收率达到25%。室内岩心驱油试验结果表明,0.2%表面活性剂注入0.3 PV可比水驱提高采收率13个百分点以上。研究认为,该表面活性剂可以较大幅度地提高晋45断块油藏采收率。

Abstract:Based on measuring the solubility,interfacial tension,stability,absorption,and oil displacement efficiency of residue sulfonate in the high temperature oilfield of fault block Jin-45,the oil displacing performance of residue sulfonate in high temperature oilfields is studied in this paper.Research results show that the surface active agent has good solubility under Jin-45 reservoir conditions.Interfacial tension between it and the dehydrated crude of the block reaches as high as 10-3 mN/m.The absorption capacity of the agent on the core of fault block Jin-45 is less than 2 mg/g oil sand when the injection density is 0.3%.Spontaneous absorption recovery rate of 0.2% surface agent reaches 25%.Core displacement experiment conducted in the lab shows that recovery can be increased by 13% adding 0.3 PV into 0.2% surface active agent compared with water flooding.It is regarded that the surface active agent can be used to remarkably enhance recovery in reservoir of fault block Jin-45.
