| 摘 要： | EN 13445博采众长而又锐意革新,对各国压力容器的设计与制造均产生了重要影响。本文简介了欧盟承压设备指令(PED)对承压设备的基本安全要求(ESR),讨论了EN 13445达到这些基本安全要求的符合性评定程序,并分析了这些指令和标准的实施对我国压力容器的制造与贸易所带来的挑战与机遇。

| Abstract: | Great effects have been produced by the European standard EN13445 on the design and fabrication of pressure vessels all over the world because of its precedence and innovation in technology.In this article,Essential Safety Requirements(ESR) for pressured equipments prescribed by Pressured Equipment Directive 97/23/EC(PED) was introduced,the conformity assessment procedure of EN13445 for ESR was discussed,the challenges and opportunities for Chinese pressure vessels fabrication and trade followed by the implement of PED and EN13445 was analyzed. |
