摘    要: 本文提出了一种基于直接冲击电压对电器绕组匝间绝缘的试验方法。用电压波形比较法,把冲击电压经高速切换,交替施加于被测绕阻两端和参考物绕组两端,通过观察电压衰减振荡波形的变化,便可检测被测绕组的匝间是否有异常。

Abstract:Thermo simulation was used to analyze the continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagram of high grade of fire resistant and weatherability construction steel WGJ510C2. It shows that WGJ510C2 steel has low critical phase transformation point, stable Austenite and enough hardenability of bainite. Comparing with eutectoid steel, the microstructure of F+P+B was observed when the cooling rates down to 2.5 ℃/s, while the microstructure of F+B was obtained when the cooling rates ranging from 2.5 ℃/s to 25 ℃/s.
