基于89C52的汽车闭合角测试仪的研制

摘    要:汽车发动机点火信号,由点火系的霍尔传感器或电磁传感器产生。点火信号与发动机转速及负荷相应,其精度直接影响到点火正时的调整及点火能量的大小。基于89C52的汽车闭合角测试仪,可对任意气缸数的发动机的闭合角和点火周期角进行测量与显示。本设计对点火信号的采样具有良好的滤波和抗干扰性能,测量高效、精确。LED显示值以度为单位,精确到十分位,可直观、准确地评价点火系的点火性能。本文对系统硬件和软件设计进行了讨论。介绍了系统的实现方法。

Abstract:The ignition signal of automobile engine that is caused by hall sensors and electromagnetism sensors of ignition systems correspond to the engine rev and load,its precision effects on adjustment about ignition timing and energy directly.The test Instrument of automobile dwell angle based on 89C52 can measure and display the dwell angles and ignition cycle angles about engines of discretional cylinder numbers.,and the anti-jamming design of filter about signal-sampling is well.The LED show values which unit is degree achieve the accuracy of first-digit after radix point.The show values incarnate the capability of ignition system well and truly.The paper discusses the hardware and software about this system,and introduce the method how to actualize it.
