荧光法测定速溶固体饮料中核黄素的不确定度的评定

摘    要:参照GB/T 5009.85-2003《食品中核黄素的测定》中第一法荧光法测定速溶固体饮料中核黄素的含量。通过对测定中的不确定度来源进行分析,评定出各不确定度分量,最后计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,结果表明试样中核黄素含量为2.02mg/100g,扩展不确定度为0.07mg/100g。不确定度分量结果显示,B类不确定度荧光值在不确定度合成中贡献最大,由于在暗室中填柱时吸附和洗脱流速较难控制影响了荧光值,因此应对填柱过程加强控制,确保结果的准确性。

Abstract:In accordance with GB/T 5009.85-2003"Fluorescence Determination of Riboflavin in Instant Solid Drinks", an analysis was conducted on the origin of uncertainty during determination to evaluate each uncertainty component and finally calculate the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. The results indicated that the content of riboflavin was 2.02mg/100g and the expanded uncertainty was 0.07mg/100g. The results of uncertainty components showed that the uncertainty florescence of Group B was making the biggest contribution to uncertainty synthesis. Because the florescence was affected by the hard control of adsorption and elution velocity in column holdup process in a darkroom, the control of column holdup should be enhanced to minimize the errors of the results.
