基于箱体类发电机排风利用装置的设计分析

摘    要:传统的箱体类风冷电站,风道流通不畅,空气吸入阻力大,导致柴油机功率下降,缩短控制器件的使用寿命。本文设计了一种排风利用装置,实现对排风的引导和消音器的散热,将排风利用装置用于机组舱,分析计算了通风散热及工作淋雨设计。根据试验经验,该排风利用装置设计合理,满足实际生产需要,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Traditional box air-cooled electrical power is not smooth in the wind circulation and has a high in- haling resistance for air suction, which leads to the decrease of diesel engine and shorten the service life of the con- trol device. This paper designs an exhaust utilization device to guide the exhaust air and abstract the heat of muffler. We used it for the generator set cabin, analyzing and calculating the ventilation and the working rain design. The result shows that the design is rational, applicable, and promising.
