摘    要:近年来基于各种工程软件下的生物力学分析,不仅给医院病人带来了更多的希望,并且在体育运动方面为运动员的训练与伤病治疗提供科学依据.以人体腰椎为研究对象,针对临床上腰椎损伤的病人的腰椎固定矫正治疗主要依据医生的自身工作经验,缺乏一定参照标准及没能准确做到因人而异的治疗方案,因此提出在ProE环境下进行生物力学分析:利用交互式医学影像控制系统(Mimics)读取病人CT断层图像数据,通过阈值设置提取骨组织,然后进行区域增长,构建人体骨骼三维模型,以stl格式输出,通过Solidworks将其转化成可编辑的实体形式,再导出prt格式文件,然后导入ProE做数据修改,最后在ProE的mechanical模块中模拟该病人的固定矫正治疗过程,分析其受力情况,从而得出一系列相关数据,为临床治疗提供可靠数据.

Abstract:In recent years various engineering software-based biomechanics analysis provides scientific basis for the sports training and injury treatment. The orthodontic treatment of the lumbar spine falls back on the doctor's work experience and lacks reference standards and personalized treatment. This paper so proposes a ProE environment biomechanics analysis. Using the interactive medical imaging control system (Mimics) to read the CT scanning images, through setting threshold extraction of bone tissue, and then to regional growth, we first build human body bone 3D model. Then we output the STL forma, convert it to editable form of entity through the Solidworks, export the PRT format file, and import the ProE data modification. Finally in ProE mechanical module, we simulate the process of fixed orthodontic treatment, analyze the stress distribution, and concluded a series of related data, which provides reliable data for clinicaltreatment.
