环境公益诉讼制度助力美丽中国建设

“美丽中国”的核心是建设生态良好、经济繁荣、人与自然和谐共存的和谐社会。但目前我国环境污染、资源浪费问题较为突出，这与“美丽中国”建设理念背道而驰。据国外经验，建立环境公益诉讼制度是解决环境问题的有效之法。因此，我国应针对环境公益诉讼实践中存在的问题，立足国情，完善环境公益诉讼制度，助力美丽中国建设。

The notion of＆quot;beautiful China＆quot;-the construction of a harmonious society, good ecological environ-ment, economic prosperity, the harmonious coexistence of man and nature came into being in the report to the 18th CPC national congress. But the growing problems of environmental pollution, waste of resources go against this＆quot;beautiful China＆quot;. According to foreign experience, the establishment of environmental public interest litigation system is an effective method to solve these problems. Therefore, considering existing problems in the practice, China, based on its national conditions, should perfect the system, and make a contribution to the construction of a beautiful China.
