基于物元法的动态综合评价原理研究

摘    要:现行的有关动态综合评价的原理主要是通过好坏矩阵乘以其相应权重加上增减矩阵乘以其相应的权重经加和后再进行理想点动态综合评价。而增减矩阵的计算一般有两种方式,方式一利用好坏矩阵时序环比或者方式二利用好坏矩阵时序相减,同时增减矩阵在相关文献中的位置也有先静态综合后利用增减矩阵再进行时序综合和先利用增减矩阵矩阵综合后静态综合和时序综合两种。通过简单物元法对常用的四种组合进行了研究,结果表明动态综合评价方法通过增减矩阵修正与静态综合评价的先后顺序无关,而案例实证分析运用反例论证了好坏矩阵利用时序环比方式存在不合理性,并支持了利用时序相减方式的合理性,有其特定的物理意义具有普遍性。

Abstract:The existing of dynamic comprehensive evaluation of the principle is mainly through this mode that quality of matrix muhiplied by the weight plus changes in matrix multiplied by its corresponding weight and then uses ideal point method dynamic comprehensive evaluation. There are two ways about calculation of changes in matrix that is time sequence cycle comparison or time sequence cycle subtraction in the relevant literature. Before using ideal point method dynamic comprehensive evaluation, there are two orders about changes in matrix in the relevant literature, one of which is static comprehension and then matrix of change comprehension or firstly using changes in matrix comprehension and then static comprehension. In this paper, commonly four combination methods have been studied through using a simple matter-element method. The research shows two conclusions. Firstly, it is regardless of the position of the comprehensive evaluation results that no matter the evaluation mode uses changes changes in matrix or static comprehensive evaluation in the first place. Secondly, case empirical analysis show in matrix that the use of time series cycle comparison comprehensive evaluation has some unscientific and unreasonable, and support the use of time series cycle subtraction comprehensive evaluation. It is universal and has its specific physical meaning.
