| 摘 要： | 本文采用C-D生产函数方法测算科技创新对信息产业产出增长的贡献率，R＆D内部经费支出是科技创新的前提，对实现科技创新起着重要的作用，所以在生产函数模型中加入科技投入（R＆D内部经费支出）指标，利用SPSS软件对模型参数进行估计和模型检验，计算出1995～2011年期间科技创新对广西信息产业的贡献率，并在对结果进行分析的基础上提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the C-D production function to calculate the contribution rate of scientific and tech-nological innovation to information industry output growth in Guangxi Province. R＆amp;D internal expenditure is a premise and is important to scientific and technological innovation. As a result, we add the production function model technology investment （R＆D internal expenditures） indicators. By using the parameter estimation and mod-el checking of SPSS, we calculated the contribution rate of science and technology innovation in Guangxi Informa-tion Industry between 1995 and 2011, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures. |
