疲劳短裂纹损伤参量研究

摘    要:用Monte Carlo方法建立了疲劳短裂纹演化过程的物理模型,实现了材料疲劳损伤微观物理过程。在此基础上对模拟结果进行了分析,探讨了表征材料损伤的疲劳损伤参数,提出一定面积上的裂纹总长度可以作为材料损伤的疲劳损伤参数。并拟合出裂纹总长度与材料相对寿命之间的关系及曲线,用于材料的疲劳寿命预测。

Abstract:A physical model describing an evolutive process of short fatigue cracks was built based on Monte Carlo method. The microcosmic physics process of material fatigue damage was demonstrated on screen. Then the simulated results were analyzed, and the fatigue damage parameters to stand for material damage were discussed. It is put forward that the total length of cracks in certain area can be used as material fatigue damage parameters. It is approximated that the formula and curve of relationship between total length of cracks and relative life of material, which can be used to predict .material life.
