摘    要:采用共沉淀法合成了锂离子蓄电池正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2,用阴阳离子复合掺杂的方法对其进行改性.X射线衍射光谱(XRD)结果表明,复合掺杂没有改变晶体的层状结构.采用恒电流充放电和交流阻抗对其电化学性能进行了研究,结果表明,复合掺杂提高了材料的首次放电容量和循环性能,抑制了其在循环过程中电化学反应阻抗的增加.

Abstract:Cathode materials of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 doped with several ions (anion-cation) were prepared by co-precipitated method.X-ray diffration(XRD) results show that LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 has a better-layered structure after doping with the anion-cation. Electrochemical performance was investigated by galvanostatic charge-discharge experiment and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS). It exhibits that the first discharge capacity enhances and cycling property is improved. The increase of the electrochemical reaction impedance of cathode is also restrained during cycling.
