磷石膏制建筑石膏粉的工艺技术

摘    要:磷石膏与天然石膏相比含游离水较高,传统的磷石膏制建筑石膏粉一步脱水间接换热法工艺存在弊端。介绍二步脱水直接换热与间接换热相结合的磷石膏制建筑石膏粉的新工艺及有关设备,每吨产品耗煤80 kg,比传统一步法节煤20 kg/t,产品质量优良。

Abstract:The traditional technology of one-step dehydration with indirect heat transfer has some shortages in producing the building gypsum from phosphogypsum raw material because the free moisture of phosphogypsum is more than that of the natural gypsum.A new technology of two-step dehydration with direct and indirect heat transfers and the relative equipment are described,with the coal consumption of 80 kg per ton of building gypsum and 20 kg saved than in the traditional one.The product quality in the new technology was fine.
