长距离超声导波技术及典型模拟缺陷检测

摘    要:介绍了一套管道缺陷模拟试验系统,在一段直径210mm、长30000mm的试验管道上模拟了裂纹、穿孔和局部腐蚀三种缺陷。通过Teletest Focus长距离超声导波检测系统对其进行扫描检测,测试分析结果与缺陷的实际位置和大小可以很好的吻合。

Abstract:Long Range Ultrasonic guided wave Test System has some advantages in detecting and evaluating inservice pipelines. In this paper the system of simulated defects in test pipe is introduced, and the experiment with pipe 210 mm in diameter and 30000 mm in length detected using ultrasonic guided waves are carried out, the testing results are well consistent with actual sites and sizes of three kinds of defects ,which are simulated as crack, hole and local corrosion thinning.
