摘    要:通过对共轨电控喷油器特性试验,发现影响喷油特性的因素较多,且因素之间关系复杂,因此,为保证喷油器性能的一致性及弥补静态补偿不足,提出基于自适应模糊控制的逐缸平衡算法,并利用MAT-LAB工具箱进行了仿真分析及C代码自动生成,最后控制算法嵌入到电控系统进行发动机台架试验。结果表明该算法效果明显,且控制鲁棒性较好,本控制算法的提出从软件上弥补了喷油器之间的不一致性,能实现喷油器在一定范围内互换。

Abstract:By experimentally investigating the characteristics of common rail injector, it was found that there existed many factors influencing the fuel injection characteristics and these factors were complicated among them. Thus, an equilibrium algorithm for each individual cylinders based on the self-adaptive fuzzy control was put forward to ensure consistency of injectors and remedy the shortage of static compensation. Simulation analysis and automatic C-code generation were carried out through MATLAB toolbox, and then to insert the algorithm into the practical system and to conduct the experiments. The results showed that using the self-adaptive fuzzy algorithm could present a good effectiveness and robustness, so non consistency between injectors could be compensated from the controlling software among the injectors, and this can realize interchange of injector over a certain scope.
