过山车的虚拟建模和动态仿真

摘    要:应用虚拟样机技术对过山车的设计方案进行虚拟建模和动态仿真,模拟和预估所设计产品的功能、性能等各方面可能存在的问题,从而达到提高过山车的安全性能、改善过山车的运动特性、缩短开发与优化产品的周期、降低成本的目的.运用ADAMS软件对过山车建模和仿真进行了初步的探讨.

Abstract:The roller coaster is expected for both great excitement and safety.The application of the virtual prototype technology can creat the virtual model and make the dynamic simulation,which can assess the probable problems on the function and performance of the designed product,decrease the trial times of the prototype production.Moreover,the application of the virtual prototype technology can enhance the safety and dynamic performance of the product,shorten circle of product development and optimization as well as reduce cost.On the base of the full analysis,the article probes into the method of virtual model and dynamic simulation for roller coaster primarily.
