工科应用型人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘    要:人才培养模式是指在一定教育思想与教育观念的指导下,由教育对象、目标、内容、方法、途径,质量评价标准构成的教学组织过程的总称,是为完成特定的人才培养目标而构建起来的人才培养和策略体系。根据人才培养模式和培养目标的定位,构建全面适应社会经济发展新要求的本科人才培养体系,对立足于以工为主的本科应用型人才培养模式进行了多方面研究与实践。

Abstract:The mode of Talents training is a certain strategy system in order to complete the specific objectives of talents training, which is under the guidance of educational thoughts and concepts, consisting of education targets, objectives, contents', methods, approaches, a quality evaluation standards. The talents training model is mainly studies and practiced based on engineering according to school talents training mode and location of the training objectives, building a comprehensive socio-economic development of the new requirements of higher education.
