| 摘 要： | 结合石油化工企业重沸器技改实例,将T形系列翅片管应用于大温差传热重沸器中,并对T形系列翅片管重沸器进行工业试验研究。结果表明,改进后的T形翅片管———TXY形翅片管重沸器可解决传统的重沸器传热温差大、易结垢的问题。

| Abstract: | Combined with the technical reconstruction of reboilers used in petrochemical enterprises,the T-shaped serial finned tubes were used in reboilers with large temperature difference.Some industrial tests on reboilers of T-shaped serial finned tubes were made.Results indicate that the reconstructed T-shaped finned tubes,namely TXY-shaped finned tubes,may resolve problems such as large heat-transfer temperature difference,and deposited easily in conventional reboilers. |
