用高岭土合成聚合氯化铝的研究

摘    要:以高岭土为原料,利用盐酸酸溶、聚合过程制备聚合氯化铝(PAC),探索最佳工艺条件,考察了焙烧温度800℃,原料配比1∶3.5,反应时间3.5 h,反应温度60℃对合成工艺的影响,使A l2O3溶出率可达80%左右。用铝酸钠对盐基度进行调整,盐基度可达75%左右,并对其性能与同类产品进行了净水性能考察对比。结果表明,产品质量达到同类产品的先进水平。

Abstract:A novel method was developed for the production of poly aluminum chloride(PAC) from kaolin clay with hydrate chloride maceration and amalgamation.The effect of baking temperature 800 ℃,raw materials ratio 1 ∶3.5,reaction time 3.5 h and temperature 60 ℃ on synthetic process were carefully investigated,and alumina oxide recovery was up to 80% under the optimized conditions.Sodium aluminate was added up to 75% to adjust salt content of the base(matrix),and the performance of pure water preparation was comparable to other products.The quality of final product quality reached advanced standard in this field.
