弹钢温变形特性研究及力学模型建立

摘    要:用D60、58SiMn、60Si2Mn3种弹钢材料在Gleeble-1500型热力模拟机上进行了温变形压缩实验,综合分析了各种变形条件以及变形组织对流变应力的影响,建立了常用弹钢温成形时的塑性流变力学模型及方程。通过分析比较,总结了弹钢温变形的一般规律,为采用温成形工艺生产弹体提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on a number of compress experiments being done on the Gleeble-1500 under warm-forming conditions, the authors have studied the mechanical characteristic of the PBM (Projectile Body Manufacturing) steels. It comes to a conclusion that all the deforming conditions and the microstructure affect the stress. Take the facts above into consideratlon, a warm-forming plastic mechanical model for the PBM steels has been developed. Finally, the forming rules for the warm-forming processes of the PBM steels are deduced based on analyses.
