摘    要:利用造纸黑液木质素,按一定的技术路线,引入N营养元素,制得含氮量为15.47%的氨氧化木素(AOL)。本文将AOL作为缓释N肥,在水稻土上与三种等N量化肥进行玉米的盆栽试验,结果表明:施用AOL的处理玉米生物量比碳铵、尿素处理要高;AOL与尿素配施处理的玉米生物量比单施尿素效果好,表明AOL对尿素有一定增效作用,对土壤脲酶活性的分析发现,施用AOL的土壤脲酶活性明显低于对照,说明AOL还可以作为脲酶抑制剂施用。

Abstract:N_modified lignin (AOL) was synthesised by ammoxidation from kraft lignin of pulping black liquor.This study involves corn pot test of AOL used as slow_release nitrogenous fertilizer on rice_soil,compared with the same N content of three mineral fertilizers. The results show that corn biomass of AOL treatment is superior to NH4HCO3 and urea treatment; and the use effect of mixture of AOL and urea is superior to urea treatment. Soil urease activity(SUA) test shows SUA of AOL treatment is lower than control,it is possible to use AOL as urease inhibitor.
