牛肝菌胞外多糖体外抗氧化能力的研究

摘    要:主要探讨美味牛肝菌胞外多糖(BeBEP)体外抗氧化作用。结果表明BeBEP具有一定的还原能力,具有显著的清除超氧阴离子自由基、抑制羟基自由基能力,能抑制小鼠肝组织丙二醛的生成,可减少红细胞氧化溶血和肝组织自发性脂质过氧化。总之,BeBEP具有显著的体外抗氧化作用。

Abstract:This article focused on Boletus edulis Bull extracellular polysaccharide(BeBEP) in vitro antioxidant.The results showed that BeBEP has a reduction capacity with significant removal of superoxide free radicals.It also has hydroxyl radical capacity to suppression and the ability to inhibit the mouse liver tissue MDA generation.It was seen that BeBEP can reduce oxidation of red blood cell hemolysis and liver spontaneous lipid oxidation.In short,BeBEP is a significant in vitro antioxidant.
