| 摘 要： | 针对供电企业用电管理的特点及用电现代化管理信息系统设计的基本目标，运用软件工程的方法，设计并开发了适应用电体制改革需要的用电现代化管理信息系统。系统结构为分布式，系统功能齐全，采用先进的计算机技术并有良好的适应能力。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the electric utility managementof power supply enterprises and the basic goal of the modern information managementsystem design of electric utilities, a modern information managementsystem which is adapted to the utility organization reformation is designed anddeveloped by using the software engineering method. It has a distributed systemstructure and complete functions. It uses the advanced computer techniqueand provides a good adaptability. |
