| 摘 要： | 实施入河排污口论证制度，依法对入河排污口进行监督管理，是保护水资源、改善水环境、促进水资源可持续利用的重要手段。针对长江流域入河排污口设置及废污水排放情况，分析了入河排污口设置论证的相关要求及存在的主要问题，提出应制定入河排污口设置综合规划以及设置论证技术规范的建议。可为进一步规范长江流域入河排污口设置论证制度提供参考。
