| 摘 要： | 在对长江流域内水生生物资源、湿地、风景名胜区、自然保护区等水生态环境现状调查基础上，分析得出，水生态环境保护存在生物多样性下降、水环境恶化、湿地萎缩和生境退化、水资源开发产生的影响凸现等主要问题。提出了物种与生物资源保护、生境保护与修复、湿地保护与修复、自然保护区建设、管理与监测等可持续发展对策，以保障长江流域作为我国重要生态屏障的作用，使长江流域得到可持续发展，并最终促进我国经济社会的可持续发展。
