| 摘 要： | 分析了CFB锅炉产汽压力对汽轮机及热力系统的影响.试验结果表明,锅炉产汽压力降低后,产汽标煤耗降低了2.46 kg/t.若全年按运行280天、平均产汽量230 t/h计算,则全年节约标煤约为3802 t,换算成石油焦约为3327 t,石油焦按1000元/t计算,全年节约成本达333万元,经济效益显著.

| Abstract: | The influence of reducing steam pressure from CFB boiler upon the steam turbine and related thermodynamic system has been analysed.The results of test show that the standard coal consumption of produced steam has decreased 2.46 kg/t after reducing the pressure of steam produced from CFB boiler.If boiler operation in one year is accounting for 280 d,and the the steam production is 280 t/h,the saved standard coal in one year will be about 3802 t.Conversing into petrolium coke,it would be about 3327 t,if the c... |
