摘    要:蒸发是氧化铝生产的重要工序之一,其能耗的高低直接制约了氧化铝生产工业的发展.提出了以体系能量分析为基础,找出高耗能且具高节能潜力的系统、单元或设备,有针对性地采取过程能量优化、更新升级设备、改进现有流程和开发应用新工艺等手段,实现节能降耗的经济实用的技术路线,并以氧化铝蒸发工序节能降耗为例进行了具体的分析说明.
