丹江口水库“10.07”洪水水文气象耦合预报调度

2010年7月中下旬，汉江上游发生两次较大洪水，安康水库出现建库以来最大入库洪水，丹江口水库发生建库以来第2大入库洪水。在本次洪水过程中，采用水文气象耦合技术方案进行洪水预报，提高了水库入库洪水预报的精度、延长了预见期。根据水雨情预报成果，制定了丹江口水库预报调度方案，并经长江防总批准实施，取得了既没有使丹江口水库承担过度防洪风险，又避免了下游杜家台分洪区分洪的“双赢”成效。
