丹江口水库“10.07”洪水水文气象耦合预报调度

摘    要:2010年7月中下旬,汉江上游发生两次较大洪水,安康水库出现建库以来最大入库洪水,丹江口水库发生建库以来第2大入库洪水。在本次洪水过程中,采用水文气象耦合技术方案进行洪水预报,提高了水库入库洪水预报的精度、延长了预见期。根据水雨情预报成果,制定了丹江口水库预报调度方案,并经长江防总批准实施,取得了既没有使丹江口水库承担过度防洪风险,又避免了下游杜家台分洪区分洪的“双赢”成效。

Abstract:In July,2010,a rare continuous summer flood occurred in the upstream of the Hanjiang River,and the largest flood into Ankang reservoir occurred subsequently,while the second largest flood into the Danjiangkou Reservoir occurred.In this flood process,the coupling technology of hydrology and meteorology was adopted for flood forecast,and the forecast accuracy of flood into the reservoirs was improved and the forecast term was extended.Based on rainfall and flood forecast results,the regulation scheme of Danji...
