钨合金的形变强化新工艺与断裂机制研究

摘    要:形变强化是提高钨合金性能的必要手段,是制备拉伸强度大于1200MPa的钨合金穿甲弹弹芯材料的主要途径。形变强化主要通过旋锻、静液挤压、热挤压或其它热机械加工复合变形技术实现。形变强化的机制主要是大变形使钨晶粒呈纤维状。本文综述了国内外对钨合金穿甲弹弹芯材料的形变强化工艺和机制的研究现状。

Abstract:Deformation strengthening is a necessary method for enhancing mechanical properties of tungsten heavy alloy, and thus become a main way to prepare tungsten alloy penetrators with the tensile strength above 1200MPa.Rotate forging, hydrostatic extrusion, hot extrusion and other hot mechanical deformation are the main Deformation strengthening methods,the main mechanism is that tungsten grains become fibrous via.deformation strengthening. In this paper, the research on deformation strengthening of tungsten heavy alloy and the development of tungsten heavy alloy used as penetrators is illustrated.
