多速容量自适应电动机在低效井治理中的应用

摘    要:随着油田开发不断深入,井采层位逐渐变差,同时,由于油田开发过程中开发方案的调整及一些措施 的采取,逐渐出现了一批供液能力差、产液量偏低的油井。这部分油井存在以下几方面的共性:一是油井机型偏 大,拖动抽油机启动时负载很大,因此被迫选用较大容量的电动机,从而造成在正常运行时"大马拉小车"现象严 重;二是油井地面参数调整余地小,系效低;三是油井地面参数调整很低时,油井热洗效果差且对油井产量影响较 大。针对以上实际,我厂开发应用了多速容量自适应电动机,很好地解决了上述问题,从而大大提高这部分油井的 开采效益,为低效油井的治理提供了切实有效的手段。

Abstract:With the development of reservoir, there arose a batch of oil wells with lack of fluid supply capability and with low fluid production. These oil wells have three common characteristics. The first is that pumping unit too large to fit the oil well. An electric motor load of triggering pumping unit will have more capacity than that necessary for normal staring up the pumping unit. The second is that surface pump parameters of pump well have only a very little space for adjustment, which leads to a lower pump efficiency. The third is that, when surface pump parameters is low, thermal well flushing can not achieve a good effect, which will affect oil well production. In order to solve these problems, Daqing Oilfield No. 5 Oil Production Plant developed multispeed capacity adaptive electric motor. Through field application, the production benefit of these wells is improved . The technique provides an effective way for treatment low - effect oil wells.
