基于电流测试的混合电路故障诊断

摘    要:在运用小波神经网络进行混合电路故障诊断的过程中,测试参数的选取至关重要。研究了一种基于电流测试的故障诊断。该方法即通过PSPICE模拟电路的静态及动态电流信息,再通过小渡神经网络的结合,证明了该方法在混合电路故障诊断中的可行性,为提高混合电路的故障诊断率提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:In the process of using the wavelet neural network to conduct fault diagnosis of mixed circuits,the selection of testing parameters is very important.A new method which bases on current testing is researched for fault diagnosis of the mixed circuits.The information of IDDQ and IDDT is tested through PSPICE and wavelet neural network.The feasibility of this method of fault diagnosis of mixed circuits was proved.The new method offered a new way for improving the efficiency of fault diagnosis of mixed circuits.
