广播发射机智能控制器的设计与实现

摘    要:为了实现发射机房"有人留守,无人值班"的智能化安全管理,设计了以单片机W77E58为核心的广播发射机智能控制器,包括模拟量输入电路、开关量输入/输出电路、键盘模块、显示电路、存储电路和电源电路等模块,阐明了总体结构和软、硬件实现方法。在企业现场测试后表明,该智能控制器具有工作可靠、成本低、操作方便灵活、界面友好等特点。

Abstract:To realize the form of "nobody keeping watch and someone remaining" intelligent security management of transmitter station,an intelligent controller for broadcasting transmitter with W77E88 as the core is designed,including analog input circuit,switching input/output circuit,keyboard module,display circuit,storage circuit and power supply circuit and so on.Furthermore,overall structure and the software and hardware implementation are presented in this paper.The field test results show that the intelligent controller has the features of reliability,low cost,convenient operation and friendly user interface.
