经编机电子横移系统数学模型的研究与仿真

摘    要:电子横移系统是经编机中最为重要的组成部分,其性能直接影响经编产品的优劣。这里对由交流伺服系统驱动的电子横移系统的各个环节进行分析并建立数学模型。在机械传动部分主要依据机械动力学原理建模,最后建立了整个电子横移系统的数学模型,并运用Matlab软件进行仿真,得出系统阶跃响应图形,验证了系统的正确性,为电子横移系统的动、静态特性分析提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The electronic shogging system of warp knitting machine is the most important part,whose performance directly affects the quality of the warp knitted products.Each link of electronic shogging system driven by AC servo system is analyzed and their mathematical models are established.The models of mechanical transmission parts are built mainly based on the principles of mechanical dynamics.The the mathematical model of whole electronic shogging system was simulated with Matlab software to get the system step response graph,which verified the correctness of the system and provided the theoretical evidence for dynamic and static characteristic analysis of electronic shogging systems.
