阵列式吸收光谱毒气痕量浓度检测仪研究

摘    要:针对单组分毒气痕量浓度检测,采用透射式吸收光谱检测手段,改进了单纯基于Beer-Lambert定律的检测机理,以金属卟啉为气敏材料设计了阵列式毒气反应腔体,并将其与USB4000光谱仪配接,实现了毒气痕量浓度的检测;最后应用检测仪测得了单组分气态甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)毒气模拟品的吸收光谱,对光谱数据进行了Savitzky-Golay卷积平滑法滤波和一阶导数法寻峰,并以最大吸收波长进行了仪器标定和DMMP痕量浓度预测实验,实验结果表明DMMP在0~1050ppm浓度区间预测效果满足要求,预测值和参考值线性相关。

Abstract:For detection of single-component toxic gas trace concentration,the detection mechanism based on Beer-Lambert was improved by means of transmission-type absorption spectrum detecting technology.An array type toxic gas reaction chamber assembled with an USB4000 spectrometer was designed by taking metalloporphyrin as gas-sensitive material.The detection of toxic gas trace concentration was realized.During a experiment,the absorption spectrum of single-component gaseous dimethyl methyl phosphonate(DMMP) was obtained by the detector,Savitzky-Golay convolution smoothing filtering and first-derivative method for peak-seeking were adopted to preprocess the obtained spectrum data,the detector calibration was executed at the maximum absorption wavelength,and DMMP trace concentration prediction was made.The experiment shows that the prediction result of DMMP at 0~1050 ppm concentration satisfies the requirement and the prediction value and reference value have linear corelation.
