测量船质量管理信息系统设计

摘    要:为了实现测量船质量管理信息化的目的,设计了测量船质量管理信息系统。针对信息利用率不高,信息准确性不高,信息及时性不强及信息共享度不高等问题,采用B/S结构模式,开发了文件管理、记录管理、人员管理三大数据管理模块,按测量船试验工作流程,开发了流程控制、过程管理、数据管理和资源管理等模块,形成横向11个功能模块,纵向2个功能模块,从而实现了测量船质量管理信息化,提高了测量船质量管理水平。

Abstract:In order to achieve the quality informatization management of tracking ship,a quality management information system for tracking ship was designed.For the problems such as low utilization rate,low information accuracy,poor information timeliness and information sharing,B/S structure mode is adopted to develop three major data management modules of document management,record management and personnel management.According to the flow of testing operation for tracking ship,the modules such as flow control,process management,data management and resources management were developed to form 11 lateral functional modules and 2 longitudinal functional modules,thus achieving the quality management informationizatin of tracking ship and improving the quality management level of tracking ship.
