基于IP的软件视频会议系统设计

随着网络通信和多媒体技术的发展,企业内部借助网络通信日趋频繁,基于网络的视频会议系统得到了广泛的关注。为了降低会议成本、提高会议效率,设计了一种基于IP网络的软件视频会议系统。该系统主要包括网络数据传输、音视频共享、数据交互和会议控制与管理四大功能模块,通过会议控制与管理模块控制集成以上功能模块并构成一个系统。通过该系统的实现进而改变机关事业单位内部传统的沟通方式,提高机关事业单位运作效率。

Design of software video conference system based on IP

With the development of networking communication and multimedia technology,network communication is increasingly used in the enterprise.The video conference system based on IP network has received widespread attention.In order to reduce the meeting cost and improve the efficiency,a software video conference system based on IP network is designed in this paper.The system mainly includes four functional modules: network data transmitting,audio and video sharing,data exchange,conference control and management.The functional modules are controlled and integrated to form the system by using the conference control and management module.The system make it possible to change the traditional communication style and improve the operation efficiency in public institutions and enterprises.
