密封容器漏水监测和无线报警系统

摘    要:为解决密封容器漏水的实时监测问题,采用分区检测技术,将整个区域划分成若干个不同的区域,各分区之间独立检测、独立报警。实验测试中,当密封容器漏水时,检测电路迅速导通,启动无线发射模块。接收模块接收到信号,进行解码处理,将数据流输出到单片机,单片机通过内部程序对输入信号进行处理,启动蜂鸣器报警并在LCD液晶上显示漏水点的具体位置。实验测试结果表明所设计的漏水检测与无线报警系统能达到设计要求。

Abstract:To monitor water leakage for sealed container in real-time,the proposed system adopts the subarea detection technology and then the entire region is divided into several different small subareas,each of which conducts monitoring and alarming independently.In the experimental test,when the sealed container leaks,detection circuit is on and activates the wireless transmitting circuit.The wireless receiving module receives the water leakage signal,decodes the signal,and transmits the data stream to MCU.MCU processes the input data through the internal program,triggers the buzzing warning system,and displays the water leakage location on LCD.The experiment result indicates that the system can achieve the design requirements.
