基于FEMTO的邻区列表自配置策略

摘    要:随着Femto家庭式基站发展,Femto基站引入数量大,造成在现网中布站需耗费大量的时间和精力,增加了网管的负担,因此要求Femto具有自配置能力,希望在Femto基站上电后,能够自动侦听周围邻小区的信息(频点、扰码等)。在此提出一套Femto的邻区列表自配置策略,通过计算邻小区的PCCPCH RSCP值来选择信号最好的若干个小区作为自己的邻区,配置中分别考虑Femto小区和宏网小区,能够有效地为后续的小区切换、与宏网络的双向重选和频点、扰码、功率自配置起到重要作用。

Abstract:With the development of the family-type Femto home base stations,large numbers of Femto base stations have emerged,but the Femto base stations in existing network need to spend a lot of time and effort.It is a new challenge.Therefore,Femto should need self-configuration capability.When Femto begins to work,automatically listening around the adjacent cell information(frequency,scrambling code,etc.) is expected.The strategy of self-configuration with neighbor list is proposed to solve these problems above.That is,PCCPCH RSCP value of the adjacent cell is calculated to select several best cells as their own neighbor cells.In the process of configuration,Femto cells and macro network cell was considered.In order to effectively lay the foundation for the cell switching,two-way re-election of the macro network,scrambling codes and self-configuration of power are adopted.
