摘    要:为实现集成电路测试仪的软硬件通信功能,通过比较通用的PCI通信接口的实现方法,为了简化逻辑电路设计,使其更具通用性,采用了PCI专用接口芯片PCI9030,并使用可编程逻辑器件FPGA完成复杂的时序逻辑控制和地址译码,利用PCI驱动开发工具SDK提供的API函数,在VC6.0软件开发平台上设计专用的驱动程序。

Abstract:The interface for the integrated circuit tester was designed by comparing the implementation methods of the commom PCI communication interface to realize the software and hardware communication functions of the integrated circuit tester.The special interface chip PCI 9030 is used in the PCI interface circuit to simplify the design of logical circuit.The programmable logic device FPGA is employed to complete timing control and address decoding.A specifical driver is designed in VC6.0 software development platform by utilizing API functions provided by PCI drive development tool SDK.
