基于虚拟仪器技术的伺服电机测试系统设计

摘    要:虚拟仪器技术是测试技术和计算机技术两门学科的结晶,在此将现代虚拟仪器技术应用于船载测控雷达直流电机测试,设计了船载测控雷达直流伺服电机的在线测试系统,使用PID控制算法控制定标参量,通过TCP/IP协议实现了测试数据的远程共享和用户对测试系统的远程操控。该系统可以实现直流电机的负载控制以及对扭矩、转速、功率以及温度的实时监测。

Abstract:Virtual instrument technology is the combination of testing technique and computer technique.The modern virtual instrument technology was applied to the testing system of shipborne TT&C radar DC motor.The online testing system of shipborne TT&C radar DC servo motor was designed.PID control algorithm was used to control the calibration parameters.The long-distance sharing of testing data and remote operation of users to the testing system were realized through TCP/IP protocol.This system can realize the load control of DC motors,and real-time monitoring of torque,rotate speed,power and temperature of DC motors.
