| 摘 要： | 在汽车行业蓬勃发展的今天,ECU的功能开发已经成为汽车厂商的核心竞争力。因此ECU的功能检测在ECU的研发中就起着至关重要的作用。ECU自动测试系统是在以Agilent设备为硬件的基础上,将SCPI指令与数据库相结合,在VC＋＋环境下设计的一套全自动ECU测试系统,为ECU的性能评测提供了可靠的依据,极大地提高了对汽车ECU的检测效率。

| Abstract: | In the booming era of automotive industry,the functional development of ECU has become the core competitiveness of the automobile manufacturers.Therefore,the ECU function test plays a vital role in the research and development of ECU.The proposed automatic test system was designed and developed in VC++ language by using SCPI commands and Access database,taking measurement devices by Agilent as hardware of test system.The design of the automatic ECU test system provides a reliable basis for performance evaluation of ECU.It also improves the detection efficiency of automotive ECU. |
