可膨胀石墨阻燃塑料研究进展

摘    要:简述了可膨胀石墨(EG)在塑料中的阻燃机理,分析了EG与其他阻燃剂的协同效应,介绍了高起始膨胀温度EG和低起始膨胀温度EG的制备方法,阐述了EG的尺寸效应以及改善EG与树脂基体相容性的方法,并指出了EG在塑料阻燃中的发展方向。

Abstract:The flame-retardant mechanism of expandable graphite(EG) in plastics was discussed briefly.The synergistic effect of EG with other flame retardants was analyzed.The preparation methods of high initial expanded temperature EG and low initial expanded temperature EG were introduced.The dimension effect of EG and the methods to improve the compatibility between EG and resin matrix were expounded.The development direction of EG in flame-retarded plastics was pointed out.
