摘    要:本文在分析大矢根和库恩给出的泊松比的基础上,提出了与应力状态相关的乡孔体塑性泊松比及表达式。同时还推导出与应力状态相关的多孔体塑性致密化方程。从而在理论上论证了静水应力和塑性变形程度对塑性致密化规律的影响。
本文对粉末几种典型的致密化工艺进行了分析,所给出的致密化方程适于不同的致密化工艺。由此对各种工艺方法的差异和联系的全面认识,县有实际意义。


Densification Formula and Plastic Poisson Ratio of Porous Compacts

Abstract:On the basis of studying the Poisson ratio given by Dyane and H.A.Kuhn,the Plastic Poisson ratio of Porous comPaCts and their exPression in connection with stress state have been Put forward.The Plastic densification formula of Porous comPacts in connection with stress state has also been deduced.Therefore,the effects of static hydraulic stress and Plastic deformation on Plastic densification can theoretically be Proved.
Some typical technologies for the densifieation of Powder have been analyzed.The formula of densification is useful for different technologies of densification.This is of practical significance for comprehensive understanding the difference and relationship between various technologies.
