动态硫化SBR/PP共混物力学性能的研究

摘    要:研究了不同共混比,不同类型SBR及不同硫化体系对动态硫化SBR/PP共混物力学性能的影响,试验结果表明,SBR/PP共混物的最佳共混比为60/40,E-SBR/PP共混物的力学性能稍好于S-SBR/PP共混物;采用硫黄硫化体系的共混物的力学性能优于采用过氧化物和酚醛树脂硫化体系的共混物;动态硫化SBR/PP共混物的交联密度低于静态硫化SBR母炼胶的交联密度。

Abstract:The effects of the blending ratio,the SBR type and the curing system on the mechanical properties of dynamically cured SBR/PP blend were investigated.The test results showed that the optimum blending ratio of SBR/PP was 60/40;the mechanical properties of E SBR/PP blend was somewhat better than those of S SBR/PP blend;the mechanical properties of the blend cured by sulfur curing system were better than those by peroxide and phenolic resin;and the crosslink density of dynamically cured SBR/PP blend was lower than that of statically cured SBR masterbatch.
