| 摘 要： | 劳动定额管理是煤炭企业的一项基础管理,该文从劳动定额的内涵、作用出发,结合当前煤矿劳动定额管理的现状,提出煤炭企业建立劳动定额管理体系的必要性,并就如何加强劳动定额管理提出一些建设性意见。
