煤矿井下套筒式风门联锁装置的应用

摘    要:在煤矿井下生产过程中,为了保证通风系统的稳定,保证风流按规定路线流动,就必须在某些巷道中设置风门,对风流进行控制。为了防止井下两道风门同时打开,造成风流短路,就必须设置风门联锁装置。义安矿根据现场实际,对井下的风门连锁装置进行了改进,并研制出了套筒式风门联锁装置。现场应用表明,该项装置在防止风门同时开启上,具有很好的效果。

Abstract:In coal mine production process, In order to ensure the stability of the ventilation system,promise merry route flow required, roadway must be set in some throttle, control of air flow. In order to prevent the throttle open at the same hole two, airflow caused by short circuit, throttle interlock device must be set. So,Yi' an coal mine according to the actual site, the throttle linkage on the underground plant was improved, and developed a telescopic throttle interlock device. The field application shows that, the device to prevent opening the throttle at the same time, has a good effect.
