减振器叠加节流阀片与节流阀开度研究

摘    要:建立了环形弹性节流阀片的力学模型以及阀片弯曲变形的微分方程,利用边界条件得到了环形弹性节流阀片的弯曲变形曲面通解表达式,然后对通解进行恒等变换,得到了弹性阀片弯曲变形系数(Gr),提出了一种弹性阀片弯曲变形的计算方法,利用系数Gr对节流阀片的弯曲变形进行了分析研究,对叠加阀片的当量厚度进行了探讨,并且对叠加阀片对节流阀的开度影响进行了分析。

Abstract:The mechanics modal of flexible throttle-slice is established,and the differential equation of flexible throttle-slice's deformation is established based on elastic mechanics,utilizing the boundary condition,the general solution of elastic ring throttle-slice's deformation curved surface was got.and then a deformation coefficient(G_r) of elastic throttle-slice's was got by identically transforming the general solution of elastic throttle-slice,A precise computation method of elastic throttle-slice's deformation in a creating way was put forward,and the equivalent thickness and the deformation of superposition throttle-slices was studied by Gr,the superposition throttle-slices influence on the throttle opening size was analyzed.
