基于关键链和蒙特卡罗的装备保障训练计划制定

摘    要:为解决当前部队装备保障训练计划制定存在随意性大,训练进度安排不科学以及训练计划安排不严密等问题,采用关键链和蒙特卡罗法对其进行研究。通过借鉴运用项目管理中关键链的方法,对部队装备保障训练计划的制定进行优化分析,并采用蒙特卡罗法进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,关键链进度管理方法比关键路径方法更有优势。该研究可为提高部队装备保障训练效率提供理论支撑,为其他军事训练计划制定提供有益参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems such as equipment support training plan set too optionally, schedule arranged unscientifically, and the target are set imprecisely, take a cue in project management theory using “critical chain method”, setting buffer and reverse planning specifically, optimizing equipment support and training plan, then, employ Monte Carlo method to verify the effectiveness of the particular method mentioned above. The results show that the critical chain progress management method is better than key path method. The research could provide theoretical support in increasing the efficiency of military’s equipment support and training term, meanwhile, it provides a useful reference for other military training program’s formulation.
