摘    要:针对某型舰船出海期间牵引车故障多、维护难的问题,开发一种基于规则的牵引车故障诊断专家系统。介绍牵引车故障诊断专家系统的基本架构、功能模块,结合产生式规则给出知识库与规则库的结构,同时运用混合推理技术设计推理机,详细描述推理算法,利用Access数据库和VB可视化编程技术实现专家系统。分析结果表明:该系统能够较为准确地判断出故障原因并提出故障解决方法,维护简单,实用高效,易于部队接受。

Abstract:In view of the problems of multiple faults and bad maintenance of a certain type of ship during the voyage to the sea, an expert system for tractor fault diagnosis based on rules is developed. Introduce tractor fault diagnosis expert system’s basic structure, function modules, combine it with production rule to give structure of knowledge library and rule library, at the same time, use the mixed reasoning technology in the design of reasoning machine, describe reasoning algorithm in detail and realize expert system based on access database and VB visual programming technology. The analysis results show that: the system can accurately determine the cause of failure and put forward the solution method, which is simple, practical and efficient, and is easy to accept by army.
